This quaint retreat has 1/2 acre of space to relax with a 3' fenced back yard and plenty of room for badminton, lacrosse, corn hole etc. Just a short walk away from the Breakwater Trail head that takes you to either Lewes or Rehoboth. Our house has everything you need, a fully stocked kitchen to cook or a grill outside, beach chairs & boogie boards to use. The beds are all new and comfortable, linens are provided which is rare in Rehoboth! 3 Bedrooms with the back screened in porch accessed through one of the bedrooms, FYI. Our place is a quiet oasis right in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, walk around the private wooded community without through traffic, a great place for kids. Just for clarity, this house is a new listing, however we've listed houses before and have plenty of experience renting on the platforms. The deets: Access is via Smartlock and Ring Doorbell. We love dogs and will allow 1 dog to accompany you. The property does have a Ring camera on the rear shed for security.
