The dedicated slip in the marina can hold boats up to 34' in length and provide quick access to the ocean. If you need to pool to augment your beach time, the community offers one for you to use. Sheets and paper products are not provided but can be rented (delivery & pickup) from Coastal Beach Services. There are comforters & pillows on each of the beds. There will be a new large couch delivered in Feb 2023. In June, July, and August the check-in is 2:00pm, check-out 10:00am. Master bedroom and garage are not part of rental and are locked off for owner use if needed while managing both listed properties.
