2 Mi to Bethany Beach: Upscale Coastal Home!

We take our family on a beach vacation each year. Our previous rental was unavailable and we had to try a new place. We are so happy that the new rental was fantastic!!! It was clean, bright and spacious with the perfect bedroom and bathroom layout. All of our guests had a comfortable place to sit. The deck was fantastic and used often. There was great pool for the grand kids after nap time. Also there are two swings in the garage which our grand daughters loved!! It was wonderful to come back to this lovely quiet neighborhood at the end of a busy beach day. We all hope to enjoy this lovely house again in the future.

We take our family on a beach vacation each year. This year we had to try a new house. Everyone loved this beach house. It had the perfect layout with a great bedroom and bathroom set up. The house was spacious enough for all of our guests to feel comfortable. It was clean and bright. The deck was a wonderful bonus and we used it often. We also loved going back to this quiet neighborhood after a busy day at the beach. Our grand daughters especially loved the two swings in the garage!!! And the pool was fantastic! We all love Bethany Beach and this house made our stay fantastic. We surely hope to come back to this great accommodation!!

We loved this rental- the vicinity to the Bethany boardwalk and beach was perfect. The house was spacious, clean and new, we felt like we were right at home! All parties (property manager, rental company) were amazing and helpful. Perfect little neighborhood too! Will definitely be staying here again!

We all really liked this house, and it was a wonderful vacation week for us! We drove onto the beach in Fenwick with a beach surfing pass, and the house was very close to drive to the beach. We were also located very close to downtown Bethany and great restaurants. The bedrooms were all very nice, the kitchen was up to date, and the deck was beautiful! The kids really enjoyed the swings, ping pong table and corn hole in the garage area (although new corn hole boards are needed). The property manager Autumn was very helpful and responsive. The only downside was that the previous renters took the key fob for the pool, and the community members were not so easy going about letting us into the pool area. Overall, we loved the house and the Bethany Beach area we were in!!

A great location. Easy beach drop off or bike ride. Short walk to pool. Great accommodations!

Nice but house needs to be properly cleaned it was only surface cleaned so we had to really clean the bathrooms On arrival- all the propane tanks were empty but the property management refilled them right away! There was not enough towels so we were happy we brought extra!!

My entire family enjoyed our stay at this property! The rooms were spacious, the house was extremely clean and the layout was perfect for a great family get away. The neighborhood was excellent for walking and bike riding and the proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect! The owners did an excellent job of having some of the basics necessities for the kitchen along with supplying paper towels, hand soaps and other items I that allowed you to settle in without rushing to the store. The deck was amazing and featured a gas fire pit along with plenty of seating and an outdoor table to enjoy spending time outside. The games on the lower level and access to the garage for parking our Jeep made this place complete. Can’t wait for our next trip to this beautiful home! Lastly…Autumn our property manager was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and answered every question within minutes! Thanks again Autumn! #SummerVacaySuccess??

Everything was as expected, except for the following. 1) Listing promised trash bags and paper towels. Be best to bring your own. 2) Discovered small little ants (about 20 or more) during our stay. Two were found in beds. 3) Next to the last day of our stay, mysteriously 18 eggs in a carton appeared in our refrigerator. The Evolve team checked the Ring doorbell camera, and they say no one came and went except for the 4 adults and 2 children in our party. ??? Only the Master Bedroom on the top floor had a King size bed. All other beds are only doubles. No Queen size for any couples besides the one staying in the Master Bedroom. On the plus side, we enjoyed grilling outside one night!

This home was perfect for our family crew of 9 adults and 2 teens. From the moment you pull into the driveway you feel good about being here. The home greeted us in immaculate order, with all the convivences of home including a fully equipped kitchen, more then enough towels and linens, board games and the perfect outdoor space. Autumn the perfect house hostess was prompt with her replies to the questions we had while there and most helpful in her communication. We're excited to be guest here again.

This home is a beaut!! From the first moment you walk in you will ooh and ahh. Well kept and clean. Necessities provided...wish I'd left my pans at home. Autum, the host, was absolutely fantastic and made me feel like we grew up as friends in our previous lives ?!! If I had one complaint...it would be that I had to leave. Thank you again Autum & Evovle!!! Can't wait to visit again when the weather allows me to enjoy all the amenities, i.e pool, beach equipment, etc.
