Brand new LVP floors on first and second floor (pictures need to be updated). On the top floor, the large master bedroom is complete with king size bed and TV, walk in closet and master bath. Down the hall is another bedroom with a queen size bed, and a twin over full bunk bed. The 1st level bedroom has a queen size bed, a queen size pull out sofa bed, TV and separate full bath (shower only). On the middle floor the kitchen comes stocked with dishes, utensils and includes coffee maker. Kitchen table with seating for 8 (picture needs to be updated). Flat screen smart tv in living room with Direct TV. Washer and dryer. Large deck (just redone with trex, pictures need to be updated) with new table (not pictured) and two Adirondack chairs. Lower deck has lounge chair and additional seating. Large pool and tennis courts within walking distance. 10 min bike, 3 min drive to Bethany beach. 8 min drive to Fenwick state park beach. Nice location between Ocean City, MD and Rehoboth boardwalk and outlet shopping. Bethany has a nice quiet family oriented boardwalk too. Please email any questions prior to booking.
