The house was great! Very clean and felt like the owner had guest comfort in mind before renting. Basic amenities were in the house which was appreciated. Location of house was nice and quiet and just a short drive to downtown. Would rent property again!

The house is in sound condition and well depicted in online pictures. However, some deep cleaning is needed in areas where more than a single seasons dirt has accumulated, in particular the back screened porch. In addition, the chair cushions need replacing due to issues with significant mold and mildew. The main living area is clean and in good order - excellent location!!

The house was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood! The pool was close and the kids had a blast. It was close to the beach and we found family friendly things to do nearby. Check in and out was a breeze as we didn’t have to stop at a secondary location. We were able to just use our code to get in anytime after check in and just lock the door on our way out for check out.

Beautifully decorated house. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked including plenty of spices. We are big coffee drinkers and the coffee pot was old but did the job but bring your own coffee grinder. Beds were very comfortable. Close to everything from restaurants to the beach but very quiet at the house. Would stay there again!

The home was wonderful! Everything was well organized and prepared for our stay. The house was neat and clean. All we needed was available. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint and the home not far from the beach, truly a great place for a family. Thank you so much.

Home had everything we needed for a comfortable one-week stay. Loved sitting on the deck for morning coffee or evening wine. Location was convenient for visiting the beaches, the Delaware Botanic garden and the Chincoteaque Wildlife Refuge. Plenty of decent restaurants in the area.

The house and property were great. There was only a few things that could have been improved. Soap for hand washing was super lowat all sinks. I had to call for trash bags for the k8tchen. The back screened in porch the door did not have a pressurer bar so it would not sla.

We were very impressed with the house. The kitchen is so well stocked and everything in it is modern and clean which is amazing as we needed to do a bit of cooking and wanted that home away from home feeling. The air conditioning worked beautifully and kept us cool after some really hot days. We absolutely loved the view of the canal and enjoy time on both the patio and in the screened-in porch, which was great to keep the flies and mosquitoes away. When we had a couple of questions we got replies immediately which was really appreciated. The four beach chairs were brand new and all matched and even the garage was very tidy and clean... With three boogie boards and sand toys as well! Overall a very wonderful experience.

We just stayed here for the past week and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was immaculate with everything we could need. The owner and property manager were both proactive with communications for checking in and out. They provided pool passes for the family to use along with a binder of local food recommendations. The neighborhood was peaceful and in a great location. It was an easy drive to the beach and a short 3-5 minute drive to the grocery store. We had a great time here and will definitely recommend it to family and friends. Thank you again!

The house was just right for our stay. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and the property is nice. Getting to the beach was about a 15 minute drive which was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was awesome. We all hung out in the screened in porch in the back of the house. It was so serene. There was a pond in the back with trees keeping the back shaded, cool and breezy. We were only a couple of minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants. It truly was a great place, and we would all love to return in the future. Thank you for such a great place to stay and relax.
