Near Bethany Beach: Family Home w/ Patio & BBQ

There were eight of us, 6 adults and 2 children. We were all really impressed with the house and the Bay Forest community. Tundi did a great job preparing us for our stay and made himself readily accessible. We loved the pool especially.

Property was very well maintained. Tunde, the property manager was very responsive and was very helpful

Communication was great all around. There was a large tray of snacks and beverages to welcome us. Club house pool, sports courts kept everyone busy - lots of fun! Walking paths and convenient to many restaurants, stores and activities for kids. Highly recommend this house and neighborhood!

Family vacation with our children and their spouses along with our Grandchildren. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and we all really enjoyed the lazy river.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The community amenities were perfect for our family. The host, Tunde was great to work with and ensured we had everything we needed.

Our family of 5 adults and a baby thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We really liked the sunroom, but the sofa in the area outside the upstairs rooms was also comfy & great for reading. The teepee and cloud lights in the twin bedroom was a great touch for kids. We enjoyed the snacks and beverages generously left by our host, Tunde. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and towels for all. The toiletries were very nice, too. We used the fitness center daily, there were many trails for walking or running, and the pools were great. The only recommendation I can offer to make it even better is the addition of a couple of casserole or baking pans in the kitchen. There are many skillets and saucepots available, but only one very large glass baking dish. Our family highly recommends this house and would gladly return! We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in the Bay Forest community. The house has been newly renovated, is tastefully decorated, and we were even left with snacks and wine from the host! We did something funny with the automated garage door opener (I think it was our fault) and we texted our host and he came over to deal with it immediately. He was very warm and helpful. In addition to the property itself, the community has amazing amenities. We were at the pool pretty much daily. The lazy river and water slides were a huge hit with our little ones, and the playground got a lot of use as well. If we were without the kids we would definitely have hit the gym and tennis’s courts. A real gem of a place, and a wonderful introduction to the Bethany beach area.

Where to start? Our stay was extraordinary, cathartic and restorative. And it was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The home was elegant and beautifully furnished. It was bright, spacious with views all around - from each of the many windows. The home was nestled in the greenery of Bay Forest and situated in an excellent location within the quiet community. Probably most noteworthy was the hospitality and responsiveness of the homeowner. He was a gracious host and we are already looking forward to our next visit. My husband reminded me to state that the warmth, comfort and ambience of the home inspired poetry, motivating me to create a poem about our experience.

The home was remarkably clean and well appointed. We couldn’t have asked for more. They have thought of everything! The host was excellent and extremely responsive. The Bay Forest community is fantastic, with something for everyone-multiple pools, miles of trails, gym, fitness classes.

Pulling into the community we knew we were in for a relaxing week. It was such a beautiful community with much to do. We enjoyed both pools throughout the week. Check out Aqua aerobics... great way to start the day. Our son loved the putting green. I especially enjoyed walks around the lake after dinner. Short drive to the beach and so close to delicious restaurants and shopping. Saved the best for last... The house is just stunning. Decor is warm and welcoming and house was well equipped for our families needs. Very spacious and was nice to have a few sitting areas for privacy for reading etc. We had a heat wave during our stay but spent time relaxing and cooling off at the pool. The sun room was nice to sit during the evenings to relax with a glass of wine. Even saw a few deer on our last night. Very peaceful and relaxing week!
