It is furnished in an attractive coastal decor---especially bright and airy because of the remodel with the soothing sound of the surf throughout!brbrNew for the summer of 2015 was the total renovation of the bathroom. Prior to that, a new kitchen was installed---including fresh white cabinetry, beautiful quartz countertops and all new appliances.brbrThe bedroom contains a queen size bed, the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with newer replacement mattress, and there are flat screen tvs/dvd players in both rooms. Free wireless internet and upgraded cable is provided for your convenience.brbrThe condo (Unit #110) is well located away from the noise and foot traffic of the common areas in mid-sized Fenwick Towers Condominiums on the first floor (one floor up from ground)---literally nestled in the dunes mere steps to the beach or our sparkling outdoor pool!
