Location is perfect, ocean side, easy ride north or south on Rt1, or, if you don't want to leave, you don't even need to put on shoes! Short walk to the beach, short walk for ice cream, popcorn or mini golf! Well maintained, clean, We cannot say enough positive things! Hope to enjoy this home for many more years to come! Perfect for generational families! Kids on one level, grandparents on another!

Was great having a full kitchen to cook in. The beachfront views were an extra bonus.

We especially appreciate the en suite baths for each bedroom, comfortable beds and the well equipped kitchen. The ocean front balconies are wonderful at any time of day. The location of the house is steps to the beach, an easy walk to restaurants, shops and activities in Fenwick Island and a short drive to other towns and state parks. This is a perfect place for families or groups of friends vacationing together.

The view is great and lots to do within walking distance. We love the quieter family beach.

I do wish there would have been two bedrooms with ocean view. We all enjoyed the 3rd level with all the open area , Ocean view and Balcony. Plenty of room for our family of 10.

Interaction with the staff at Wilgus was informative, pleasant, and expeditious. The opportunity to check in to the unit at noon was key! And we did not mind the 9:00 am checkout at all.
