The downstairs is equipped with a spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, storage space from numerous cabinets and closets, and a full bathroom. Wander up to the second floor to find both generous-sized bedrooms and a newly renovated full bathroom. There are two assigned spots in the building's parking lot, as well as a town of Fenwick parking pass should you decide to make the short drive to the beach.
