The Coastal Oasis – Storm Bait Luxury

The place was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Access to beach was great, place was decently cleaned and had sufficient table space, dishes and silverware to accomadate everyone. Had to replace batteries in multiple tv remotes as well as the fireplace one..and they need to replace fuse for dishwasher. Overall was a great place to spend our family Thanksgiving.

We had a great family vacation! First time at Fenwick and it did not disappoint. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults. Kitchen and living area were great for cooking and hanging around together, but plenty of other places to go if you wanted some quiet time.

It was a beautiful property!

This was our fourth year renting this beautiful home for our family summer vacation and I'm already booked for next summer. We all love it as our home away from home. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare meals. The 2 minute walk is convenient and the pool is great for everyone to take a swim when returning from a day at the beach. We look forward to our return every year.

Can't beat this property in Fenwick. Proximity to the beach is unbelievable. Enough room for the whole family and large living space so you aren't in top of each other. Pool after the beach every day was a perfect end to each day.

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a 70th birthday for mom. We had a total of 12 people in the house and it was spacious and clean. The 5 Master Bedrooms is great and the kids loved the pool. It’s sobclose to the beach and shops & restaurants. This was our first trip to Fenwick Island (we go to the Outer Banks every year as a family) and this may be a new spot for us. Highly recommend Storm Bait.

The host was terrible. The property is listed as beach front ocean view. It was nothing of that short. The host did not communicate in a timely manner. The grill was disgusting when we got there — unusable. He charged extra money even tho we did not damage any furniture. The front door does not work. Have to use side door that is not convenient. Rooms are terribly small. Our linens arrived late. Stay away.

House was great. Very nice and clean. No complaints at all.

Great house! Spacious rooms with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom had a bath which was perfect for the kids’ bath time. So close to the beach and they also had a wagon provided to carry all your beach items if needed. We had our own so we didn’t use the house wagon. Lots of beach chairs and beach toys. The pool was wonderful after a beach day to chill at before dinner. Lots of pool floaties. However be careful with little kids slipping on the paved area around the pool. It is quite slippery and both kids slipped twice even with adult supervision. One of our kids hit the back of their head which was scary. Wear rubber or gripped soled shoes around the pool. The kitchen had everything you needed and we loved the large kitchen island as we could eat and hang out there. The dining table is very long to fit our entire family and some. Would rent here again.

Great beach house! This was our second time renting this house for a family reunion. Half a block walk to the beach is so convenient for beach days and surf fishing. The pool is such a nice option for a break from the beach and the main floor layout is great for dinners and socializing for our family. Hoping we can return for a third time in the coming years!

Our family loves this beautiful home for our annual trip to the area. After finding this gem 3 years ago, we won't stay anywhere else. Having the pool to enjoy after a day at the beach is great. Thank you Frank for sharing your home with us. See you next year!

The house is amazing and the owner does his best to maintain the property. Regardless of his efforts, each tenant should also do their part in helping the next guests staying at the house to find it clean and in order. This year we found empty snack bags with crumbs under the mattresses in what we use as rooms for the children. Luckily we found them Saturday and removed them before ants became an issue.
