Big Yellow House 100 steps from DE/MD Beach

This property was perfect for our annual 8 man golf trip. The house and property is in great shape and located close to everything you need including restaurants, grocery stores, beer and liquor stores and beach access. The host is very friendly, easy to communicate with, responds very quickly and check-in was a breeze. I would recommend this property as a vacation rental.

This unit was everything we needed and more! Tons of space and the location is amazing. Would love to stay again!

We loved the location being off a main street. The house was more of a “home”… it was so nice to “feel at home” as soon as we got there!!! Super clean; plenty of space; and so many nice touches! Brigitta was wonderful about answering all my questions!! Thank you for helping us make our family vacation so very special!!

I can't stress enough how wonderful our stay was! The house is awesome, with more than enough room for all of us (15 women) and everything you'd need for cooking, beaching, etc. Very clean and comfortable. It really is steps from the beach, making it so easy to relax on the beach all day but pop back for lunch. Communicating with Brigitta was easy - she was accommodating and quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend!

The property owner was amazing and answered any questions we had promptly. Clean, well stocked and great place for family. A lot of entertainment within walking distance for all age groups.

This property is in a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants and any easy walk to the beach. The house was terrific with ample parking and was very clean. The owner/property manager communication was excellent with very clear instructions ahead of our stay The owner was very attentive during our stay with any concerns/questions addressed immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Fenwick Island/Ocean City Maryland.

Everything wonderful!! Only thing that would have been nice to know before our visit. We received the layout of floors and bedrooms on each floor the day before our entry. It would have been nice to know when looking at home. We had one family with 2 feet -1 cracked bone(healed) and bad sprained (healing). Just not sure where best floor for her to sleep on and bathroom layout to limit steps. Just would have relieved her anxiety before the day of traveling. Thank you.

This house was even more beautiful in person! The location was perfect. So many fun things to do within walking distance. The house had everything we needed and Brigitta was so very kind and accommodating.
