The location was convenient to everything-dhops, activities, and the beach. The house was clean and had great space for our family.

The home was well equipped and comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower and open floor plan. Easy walk to everything. One suggestion: turn the small bedroom with the double bed and sofa into bunk beds with a trundle

The house was in a good location - walking access to beach and food. Everyone had her own bedroom and the outside shower was helpful.

Loved the house, but needed a good cleaning and upgrade. New blinds, new screen door. Would love to ask owners if they want to sell. Interested

Nice house - great location - quick walk the the beach. Shopping and restaurants within short walking distance. Very fast check In / out process. Everyone at Long and Foster extremely nice and very professional. Overall a great time.

My family enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located house in Fenwick. The location was close to many attractions. There are 4 mini golf courses in walking distance . There are plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops in walking distance as well. Also the shops in Fenwick are practically right outside the front door. Also, Candy Kitchen and Dirty Harry’s are also in walking distance. Dirty Harty’s has awesome baked goods! The beach is just 1 block away after crossing over Coastal Highway. The house had a good amount of space for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked and the great room was spacious. 2 of the bedrooms that had the king beds had new mattresses which were great. The other 2 bedrooms with the queen mattresses were old and should be updated. 1 bedroom was small. We had never stayed on the canal side before. We would definitely stay there again!

My family and I loved this house. The spacious, open common area allowed us time to relax together. Three of the four bedrooms were also quite spacious. There is room for seven people to sleep comfortably, more if you don't mind being a little tight. The location to the beach, three blocks away, and a channel of the bay in the backyard was perfect. We were in walking distance of nearly anything you could need, aside for a regular grocery store which is simply not in walking distance in Fenwick and I'm okay with that. My only complaint would be that the bedding and pillows were stained and the kitchen wasn't as tidy as I wish it would have been. Fortunately, bedding is easy enough to change and we can bring our own pillows. The kitchen I think had just been used a lot and so it has natural wear. I would definitely stay here again and am grateful to have had the opportunity.
