Reviewer Comments: Working with Wilgus folks was a very smooth experience, all questions were answered when asked. The property is in great shape and no major issues were incurred. The property sits in the middle of the town of Fenwick Island, almost everything in this area it was walkable, convenient store, restaurants, family attractions, i.e. multiple restaurants, souvenirs stores, miniature golf, arcades, ice cream, go carts and a water park.

Reviewer Comments: Wilgus has been easy to work with/book through for our summer rentals for the past several years. The house on S. Carolina Ave fits our family perfectly. Fenwick is a great place for families with young kids. Any issues that came up, the owner was very responsive!

It was difficult to find a house with 6 bedrooms & 6.5 bathroom which was exactly what we were looking for our week stay. We needed a minor repair & the owner responded within hrs & took care of the repair. I would definitely recommend this beach house for a large party of 12.

Reviewer Comments: We were bumped from our usual North Bethany location due to construction but Wilgus helped us find the Fenwick property. Very clean, but sparse kitchen supplies for a large family. Basement apartment was a bit musty, but the owner was at the property cleaning everything inside and out with bleach. Recommend this property overall. Great furniture, decks and porches and eating space.
