Floor-by-Floor Description

Main Level: This single-level cottage features a bright and functional layout perfect for families. The home offers a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a comfortable living area for relaxing after a day in the sun. The Primary Suite includes a king bed and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom is perfect for kids or groups, featuring a standard bunk bed (twin-over-twin) plus a pyramid bunk bed (twin-over-full). Outside, you'll find a spacious front porch, an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, and private parking for two vehicles.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice, and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX

Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025.     Overall, place was great. Close to the beach and shops. Only minor complaint would be when you sit on the front porch you have a view of a bunch of dumpsters. I think if you put up some lattice fencing this place would be at 10/10. Otherwise would give it a 9/10 and would stay again and recommend for small families.
