Spaces such as the entrance hall, landing and living area were suggested, where there was the potential to offer additional relaxation points for all ages.brbrAs you walk in the grand entrance hall, the wealth of exciting new design touches greets you and sets the tone for the opulent nature of the rest of the home.brbrEntering the spacious open plan living area; swathed in a rich palette of teal, houndstooth and sumptuous golden soft furnishings, there are ample snug spots to recline with a good book, a glass of wine or other indulgent treats, whilst you gaze out to the lush Cornish countryside. The existing open-plan layout has been reimagined with an intriguing, semi-opaque room divider, allowing the occupants of the living space a little more privacy from the buzz of the fully-equipped kitchen. A little sandy beach in Gorran Haven, which is well-liked by families, is hidden by a conventional sea wall and connects with the longer Great Perhaver beach at low tide. The South West Coast Path, which runs through Gorran Haven, provides easy access to much of the coastline in this region that is held by the National Trust. Many more remote beaches are accessible on foot, as well as the 370-foot-high Dodman Point, which rises above Gorran and is believed to be one of Cornwall's most stunning headlands and the site of numerous shipwrecks.
