The bathroom is a peaceful haven, featuring a luxurious Japanese bath. Rest on the built in double bed or unfold the versatile futon sofa into an additional double bed if needed. Underfloor heating and impeccable insulation ensure comfort throughout the year.brbrCrafted with precision, The Hawthorn Shed was built with high-end materials including self-charred Shou-Sugi-Ban Thermowood cladding, alu-clad glazed doors and windows and steel roofing with sound dampening material. Modern conveniences include full fibre Ethernet and WiFi at 60-70mbps (approx) for seamless connectivity.brbrOutside there is a patio and decking area, surrounded by green, lush gardens and a flourishing vegetable patch. The deck offers a serene spot for you to unwind and is a great sun trap, with a place to sit next to the hawthorn tree overlooking the garden. Shared amenities include a fire pit area for cozy evening gatherings and a ‘solar thermal’ outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing down after a day at the nearby beaches.brGuest accessbrGuests have sole use of the Hawthorn Shed and the decking area next to the hawthorn tree. A perfect place to integrate yoga into your stay on the beautiful North Cornwall coastline. Book in a morning yoga session before adventuring out or enjoy a relaxing class after a long walk or surf… or an active class after a lazy day at the beach! Deborah is a level 3 qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher and has practiced Iyengar Yoga since 1990. There are regular classes that you may be able to attend or private classes are available to book also. Much of the coastline in this area is owned by the National Trust and is a haven for wildlife, providing fabulous walking opportunities. There are many pretty coves and inlets to discover within a short drive.brBude is a fabulous coastal town that once visited, you will want to come back to time and time again. Bude has something for everyone including great beaches for relaxing and building sandcastles on, rockpools for investigating at low tide and cafés to watch it all from. The rolling waves are great for surfing all year round and the footpaths by the restored canal or on the Southwest Coast Path offer you a superb opportunity to explore and appreciate the outstanding countryside. Bude also has a superb golf course, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley/indoor play area and a heritage centre at Bude Castle. You will drive past our house to the designated parking area in front of the bungalow. There is enough parking for 2 cars.brIt has a fully enclosed private back garden.brThere's plenty of parking on site.brWe do not include the hot tub fees as part of the booking as some guests do not want to use it.brThe easiest way to pay for this is to bring cash and pay on arrival.brThe hot tub is only to be used by the guests who are staying and no music is allowed.brbrWe have one EV charger sited on the main house in the driveway, which can be shared by the 4 holiday lets. The EV charging point is an “Easee One” 7.4kWh. Please request a fob for the charger before you arrive so we can have it ready for you. The cost of charging is 50 pence per kWh. Outside, there is parking and a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, but please note that the garden is not enclosed. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Find a shop within 0.1 miles, a pub within 1.1 miles and a beach within 1.7 miles.
