River View is a terraced house, split over four levels, with lovely views from the master bedroom and living room down to the Camel River meandering above the eponymous 15th-century bridge. Entrance is to the front of the property, on the ground floor which is staggered over two levels between the front and rear with a few steps between each, the inviting living/dining room at the back of the house being slightly higher than the well-equipped kitchen at the front. Upstairs the master bedroom and family shower room are towards the rear of the house, with the twin bedroom being at the front and slightly higher.
