This is a lovely villa within a short walk to the centre of Begur. Fully fenced with electric gates it is a very private location. This villa has been completely renovated recently so is very comfortable and bright. The house has four double bedrooms with brand new very comfortable beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The living space is open plan with sitting/dining room and kitchen opening to a terrace with dining tables and BBQ. This terrace has a lockable gate to prevent little people accessing the pool terrace without adult supervision. On the mezzanine level there is a comfy seating area under an ancient cork tree. The pool terrace is surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens with mature plants offering privacy from the neighbours. The pool is in full sun all day long.
