The quiet neighborhood has its own spectacular beach just a few minutes' walk down the hill (400 m). The property is a beautiful 2.3 km (1.4 miles) walk to Tossa de Mar Castle, 8 km (5 miles) from lively Lloret de Mar, 23 km (14 miles) from Girona-Costa Brava Airport, and 100 km (62 miles) from Barcelona airport. brbrFrom the house, step on to your spacious terrace and enjoy breathtaking sea views. Just a few steps away is your private garden, landscaped with Mediterranean plants (lavender, rosemary, bougainvillea, and cypress, bay and olive trees), as well as an oceanview swimming pool and secluded playground shared with the surrounding villas. brbrThe semi-detached townhouse is small and simple, with a built surface of 120 m2 and a plot of 400 m2, but cozy and practical, with everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
