Newly renovated apartment with big sliding doors connects the open, pleasantly furnished living-room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with your private terrace. All interior areas are floor-heated / cooled running on heat-pump and solar-energy. 200Mbs WiFi throughout the entire apartment and garden.
The living room offers 2 comfortable sofas, satellite TV. A fully equipped modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven / microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
The spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms with new beds and mattresses (sizes: 180 * 200, 2 * 90 * 200 and 180 * 200) and two shower-rooms (both with rainfall) and two toilets.
