Our studio apartment is one of 2 rental units on our rural smallholding on the outskirts of the village of L'Ampolla. It is situated on the first floor, above the principle house. It has it's own separate entrance accessed by stairs at the side of the house. It boasts panoramic views to the sea at the front, and over olive groves towards the mountains from the side. It sleeps two comfortably in a twin/double bed and the potential to sleep a further two people (youngsters) on mattresses on an upper mezzanine level (not suitable for very young children). This is accessed by a ladder. There is also a sofa bed suitable for one person in the lounge area. There is a kitchenette and a separate shower room. The balcony/terrace has it's own bbq.
