Spa usually takes 1-1:30mininutes to heat up to 100 degree. During winter (approx. Dec. -March), temperature drops very low at night (usually 50 or under degree) so if guests want to use the Spa (especially during short stays), we can turn it on for $50 per day (subject to 5 hours limit per day) since the propane is very expensive out here. We will accommodate the spa to be on for stays over 4+ days for no additional fees (5 hours limit). Please note if guests want to use the Spa more than 5 hours per day, we will have to charge additional $10 per hour.
