With a large open plan living room you can enjoy family time or just large quiet area to yourself. Three large double bedrooms (two more accurately described as huge!) and two bathrooms found down stairs allow you to have that private time you might need after a long day with the family or maybe a few hours too much sun exposure. brIn the evenings crack an ice cold brown fizzy, sit on the deck and soak up the last of the sun with supreme lake views. Have peace of mind knowing the house is set back from the rest so you can sit up here in full privacy, try to keep the bathing suit on however as the neighbours have kids. While we are on that note it would be greatly appreciated if you could show a little courtesy to our neighbours who are permanent residents and keep the noise down, so no stags or hens parties and lower the noise after 9pm. brSpend the next day or days walking off that extra beer that demanded to be drunk with the numerous trails around the area or many of the attractions the Rotorua township has to offer, or just relax… but at the very least enjoy your stay.brbrSpecial conditions: brPlease note this is a Two Storey Home, Bedrooms and Bathrooms downstairs and Kitchen, lounge and Dinning upstairs. Rotoiti Lake House is an absolutely unique property. brThis much treasured Architects own Bach is situated so close to the lake itself (8 metres only!) that you'll have to pinch yourself to make sure that it is true!brThe Lake House could be easily mistaken as a reasonably recent build due to the quality of its original owners design, but amazingly this Bach was built in 1961 - it's certainly true that good architecture doesn't date!brIt has recently been lovingly and extensively refurbished to a more comfortable modern standard with appropriate conveniences, but the current owners have strived to ensure that the houses unique Kiwi Bach character has not been lost, and as such, period fixtures and furnishings throughout have been used where ever possible.brThe property sits in an exclusive bay alongside only two other lake front properties, occupied by permanent residents, ensuring your peace and privacy. The bay itself is very safe, as it is off the main thoroughfare of the lake, and is perfect for children of all ages to explore in view of the family.brThe site faces directly west so is fantastically positioned for full sun from late morning to late evening - when it's most required and can be properly appreciated.
