Peaceful Lake Retreat

Looking for an escape from work Maybe a weekend away, send the kids to the grandparents that’s what they are there for right If you’re after a home away from home then look no further.
This holiday home found at Lake Rotoiti is just a mere 1 minute walk from the shore and has a lot of fun to offer. With a large open plan living room you can enjoy family time or just large quiet area to yourself. Three large double bedrooms (two more accurately described as huge!) and two bathrooms found down stairs allow you to have that private time you might need after a long day with the family or maybe a few hours too much sun exposure.
In the evenings crack an ice cold brown fizzy, sit on the deck and soak up the last of the sun with supreme lake views. Have peace of mind knowing the house is set back from the rest so you can sit up here in full privacy, try to keep the bathing suit on however as the neighbours have kids. While we are on that note it would be greatly appreciated if you could show a little courtesy to our neighbours who are permanent residents and keep the noise down, so no stags or hens parties and lower the noise after 9pm.
Spend the next day or days walking off that extra beer that demanded to be drunk with the numerous trails around the area or many of the attractions the Rotorua township has to offer, or just relax… but at the very least enjoy your stay.

Please note this is a Two Storey Home, Bedrooms and Bathrooms downstairs and Kitchen, lounge and Dinning upstairs. Please remember to bring your own bed linen and towels. Smoking allowed outside only.
Pets allowed with prior approval. There is NO WiFi/internet at this property.
