LAKE ROTOITI Waterfront. Sleeps 11. Exclusive private beach with jetty.

Honestly we were a bit disappointed with the overall Bach. Seemed a bit tired and also not very clean on arrival. A few things noted- Very mouldy chopping boards in kitchen that have not been cleaned in a long time. - Floors under skirting really dirty in kitchen some rotting fruit noted. - Fridge missing shelving from door so made it very awkward to store a lot of food. - Advertised as a 1 minute walk from Bach to the lake but is probably more 15 minute walk (generously). This was one of the things that appealed in the description as a family member has special needs and would be able to manage a 1 minute walk to the lake but definitely not the hike that is required. - Very overpriced to take your dog there. - Dishwasher missing plate ‘stacker’ so very difficult to load dishwasher properly. Otherwise good prompt communication from Meryl.

Great stay for our extended family holiday. Our two dogs loved the property. We enjoyed the private jetty for boating and kayaking, large outdoor entertaining area, with plenty of lawn for parking, a tent and lawn games! Meryl was very responsive to any needs/requests in the lead up and during our stay. We hope to return!

Meryl was great to communicate with. Large open plan kitchen, lounge dining was great for a big group. Outdoor BBQ area was fabulous. Wifi and SKY TV. Kitchen well equipped.

Big and spacious house and amazing outdoor area on this lovely property running down to the lake. Despite the weather we had a great time and hope to return.

Lovely open plan house which had plenty of space for our 3 adults and 4 teenagers. Was close to the local boat ramp 3km drive away which was perfect for our 2 days on the lake. Comfy beds and clean and tidy house. We loved our stay.

thanks for the awesome stay. If I could give one bit of feedback, it would be that covered outdoor area was covered in bird poo and nests when we arrived . didnt bother us as we grabbed a broom and cleaned it up :)cheers

Very nice place.

Had an awesome time! We had the freedom and space in the scenic outdoors we wanted. The view is absolutely stunning, the air is so fresh up there. The house was very warm and cosy but even better, the outside sitting area is sheltered from most of the wind and has strong heating! Even in the coldest winter days this place was the perfect goto for our getaway and would recommend to anyone else wishing to book!
