The main home has a beautiful, spacious open plan living area that flows out onto the outdoor balcony surrounded by some stunning views.Spanning the gap, enjoy walking across the boardwalk to the studio, where you’ll find a second modern living space with its own kitchenette. This home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay with a fireplace to keep you warm during the winter as well as Wifi.

This idyllic location has everything you could wish for an enjoyable time on the water, with a private all-weather boat ramp, 4-5 berth jetty and boat-shed to use during your stay as well as 1 double and 2 single kayaks. Head out onto the lake, explore all the hidden bays and find your perfect fishing spot!

Being in such a quiet location you’ll no doubt want to spend as much time as possible here, but you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find lots of stunning areas close by - make sure to visit the beautiful Okere Falls and there are plenty of hot water springs within driving distance. The town of Rotorua itself is just 20 minutes away by car and you’ll find all the shops, cafes and restaurants that you would need.

As shown in the photos, this property has unfenced access to a large expanse of bush nearby. It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in and around the bush area adjacent to the property.

As the property has unfenced access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

This property is located down a driveway but there is a bay for turning your vehicle and backing the boat into the water.

No parties or large gatherings are permitted as the property is situated in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood

In support of the regional pest management plan, please ensure all vessels are free from freshwater pest fish and pest plants, any ballast water from other locations is discharged in advance of arrival, and boats are Checked, Cleaned and Dry prior to arriving at Lake Rotoiti.
