Tranquil Retreat with Breathtaking Lake Views: Renowed for Trout Fishing

Caravan was small, but tidy, right on the shore of Lake Roititi. Hosts were welcoming and full of good tips about the area. Kayaks were a bit small for me- I may be over large- but fun paddling about. Good value, but we might be getting a bit old for the caravan life, lol.

Very friendly hosts. Great being so near the water and having the use of kayaks. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of walks to enjoy in the area. A serene and restful place which we hope to return to with such good value for money.

Excellent little stay in a Fairy Graden with amazing view and made very comfortably 👌 its magical! We loved it ❤️ kayaking, paddle boarding and bush walk, cafe and take aways near by. Tranquil retreat!,amazing hosts - Recommend!

Very quiet down no exit rd. lake view only 30mtrs away In caravan double bed pam very easy to talk too and kitchen and bathroom very tidy nicely lit up at night. Cell coverage isnt the best but workable

The property was cute and cosy. Pam and Neville are lovely and welcoming. The scenery is beautiful as is the bush track/walk nearby.

Pam and Neville are gems, so helpful and full of local knowledge. They even took us to see glow worms in the forest near them and Pam took us kayaking. Lovely people, lovely location!

Excellent stay for 2 nights. Actually its a first time experience for all of us in Campervan. Campervan is equipped with all the basic stuff required to spend your whole day. Lovely host Pam and her husband...They are really nice and talkative. They also suggested few places nearby. Location is mesmerizing. Will go again...

The property is right beside the lake, with a beautiful view! perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, walking, and biking, via a forest track that links you to the next lake. The hosts are so nice, offering homemade baking upon your arrival and letting you borrow their kayaks.

We stayed for two nights with a 3.5 to and we loved it. So peaceful and serene, yet lots to do for our 3.5 yo (we are not into the screens) we spent most of the time outside. Many thanks to Pam and Nevil. We will def come back

Really nice place to stay in both my partner and I found it really cozyIs limited with cooking options but made it work with the bbq table a minutes walk down the road

Nel and Pam are the best ! They even had Lego for the kids to play. The caravan was more spacious than expected and the bed very comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here. Had some peaceful time on my own. Great little caravan fir a couple. Pam even turned all the fairy lights on. So pretty. Even with the Labour weekend storm with the winds thrashing the water on the lake, it was so cosy. Bathroom is inside the house but is easily accessible throughout my stay. Great walk nearby as well. Pam and Neville are great host and supplied everything you'd need for a pleasant stay.

Gorgeous location by the lake. Nev and Pam are very welcoming hosts. The caravan had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and was full of rustic charm. Excellent value for money. We are already looking forward to returning in summer.

All kiwi families need a caravan experience beside a lake. Relaxing and fun

This is my 3rd stay at this wonderful place and both me and my 8 year old boy loved it. Pam and Neville are just lovely hosts and everything is just so easy to enjoy. The garden is beautiful the location right by the lake and playground is perfect. We stayed in the caravan which is clean and has everything needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. My dad and I had a great stay here! Pam and Neville let us borrow their kayaks, so we got to do a sunset kayak of the lake. It was beautiful. We had a great time!

The lake and playground are right on your doorstep. The hosts are fantastic and having use of the kayaks and life jackets were an added bonus. Our 3 and a half year old is already asking to stay here again

Perfect for a short stay, very close to the beach. Everything you need for cooking and relaxing.

Was delighted on arrival! The gorgeous bush lined road in, the beautiful little lane where the site is located, lined with classic baches, the lakeside location, the little street which is like a community space where people stop and chat, the bushclad hill dropping into the water, Hongi's track walking trail I was very lucky to find somewhere so serene and special. The kayaking and swimming just lovely. Definately want to return Caravan environment so well appointed. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful lakeside paradise. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and this was the most ideal location for visiting all of the must see tourist attractions of Rotorua. With close proximity to lake Rotoiti, and the local playground. This was an unforgettable stay.

Had a weekend away for a mini honeymoon our host were amazing. The caravan was warm and cozy.

Wonderful to stay in the garden caravan with my young son. Pam and Nev are wonderful hosts, the Caravan is spotless and perfect place to stay. Brilliant location right on the lakeside, playground, bush walks, golf and Rotorua just 20 minutes or so away. This was our second visit and we had such a good time. Thank you for having us.

What a lovely three nights my two kids and I had in this quaint caravan set right on the lake. Pam and Nev have created a peaceful and quaint environment which almost feels like camping but with all the home comforts. Awesome hosts and a fantastic location to explore the lake, bush and local spots which they will share with you. Thanks so much and will see you again soon!
