Check out our extras!brThis approximately 525 square foot, one-bedroom apartment is the first floor of our 3-floor home on a bluff overlooking Beaver Lake. There are two windows - one in the living area, one in the bedroom, and you have a lakeview from each window--that's from the bed and from the futon sofa. brThere are sliding barn doors (not pictured, we put them on after the pictures were taken) to give privacy to the bedroom. brThis space is ideal for a couple or small family staying 2 days or more, or guests wanting to cook their own meals. (For single occupants or couples staying just a night or two, also check out my other listing linked in my profile.)brThe 6'x20' deck is an awesome place to hang out and we light it up at night with overhead string lights. We live on top of a hill, but the entire porch area is fenced in, so kids won't toddle out. brThough small, there is a full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, essential gadgets, dishes, utensils and silverware, as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, stove and refrigerator with ice maker.
