The gourmet kitchen has 3 refrigerators including a wine fridge, and one in the laundry room off the kitchen.brThere are 7 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are ensuite. There is also an 8 seat movie theater with an 8k tv and surround sound. Outside has an outdoor kitchen with grills, smokers, and 2 pizza ovens, and fridge. you can play your music over the speakers while you soak in the huge Bill Frog hot tub. There is a barrel sauna for 6. The pool has a waterfall and has a fire feature. The pavilion has high top seating for eating and lounge seating with a tv and fireplace! Practice your game on the pro style putting green. There is a loft apartment over the garage if some of your large groups needs their own space. It has a full kitchen a king sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed. brbrThe grounds are 12 acres in size and feature 2 hiking trails. one is easy and pave with local stone gravel. The longer trail is 3/4 of a mile and is more challenging, and circles the entire property. At the top of the property is a carport if you need covered parking. There is no swimming area at the lake, but it is a very peaceful place to sit and soak in the surroundings. With the vaulted ceiling and exposed log beams, the cabin has a very open feel to it.brbrbrbrThe Neighborhood:brbrAdditional information to align expectations: Lake Lucerne is a historic resort from the early 20th Century, which originally included a golf course and an airstrip (now long gone).  In the early days, the resort was a social center serving the vacationing elite.  Over the years, much of the resort was divided up and sold.  Today, Lake Lucerne is a historic snap-shot in time. There is no access for fishing, swimming, or boating at Lake Lucerne.  The lake is a spring fed stream with a hand laid limestone dam.  Some travelers have had expectations of a large reservoir and have commented that, in their opinion, it is more of a pond.  (We assume that the founders didn't like the sound of Pond Lucerne, therefore, it has always been referred to as a Lake.)  Over the years moss, and other aquatic plants, have grown in the shallow end of the lake , although, the deeper end near the dam has clear, open water.   Please note that this is not a commercially groomed reservoir.  Lake Lucerne is a natural Ozark stream with fish, plants, and moss.  It is naturally beautiful, but it is not maintained like a water feature in a botanical garden.  You will be staying on the South shore of the lake.  Each of these 10 Cabins were a part of the original Lake Lucerne Resort.  They are all individually owned.  Each owner does their best to maintain the historic integrity of these small authentic log cabins.   Be prepared for a narrow 1 lane road, although, it is easily navigable.  We are in the Ozarks and the cabins are perched on a hill with sufficient room for a gravel road and a small driveway which will easily accommodate modern vehicles.  There is sufficient space to safely drive to your cabin.  The road includes a turnaround at the end, providing room for a 3 point turn.  (We have NO space for trailers)brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrWhether you feel like exploring the area or cozening up in the cabin, the Perch at Lake Lucerne lends itself to true relaxation. One would never think that a place so peaceful is only minutes from town.
