Smoking is only allowed outside. This helps avoid smoke damage to the home, helps ensure guests have a pleasant stay without being disturbed by external noise, and also helps avoid disturbing neighbors. brbrPlease note, the water (showers, sinks) can take some time to get hot, especially when it is cold outside in the winter months, & the hot water handles for the sinks in the master bathroom are on the right side, not the left. The middle (hallway) bathroom tub drain has a removable jewelry trap that is regularly cleaned but can clog when a lot of hair is present. The pool does not have a heater or cooler, & although it is serviced at least once per week to stay clean, please be aware that since it is older there are some stains that may look like dirt that have set in, but these are just aesthetic deficiencies. The pool is still clean & ready to use. That being said, please check the weather before booking. Sometimes storms/monsoons cause a great deal of dust, dirt, & leaves to fall into the pool, & during these times the pool will not be available. brbrLate checkout fee: $50 for 11 am late checkout rather than regular 10 am checkout. Checkout later than 11 am is never permitted. For stays needing to leave after 11 am I recommend booking an additional night. brbrPet fee: $100 per pet, per night.
