Stayed Nov 23, 2025My family of 11 (8 adults, 3 children ages 3 & under) enjoyed our 7 night stay in Scottsdale over Thanksgiving week more than I ever dreamed. The house is beautiful & we were pleased to discover it was well-equipped with most everything we needed to pull off all the cooking & living that goes with large groups & holidays! We made great use of the 2nd fridge & oven in the laundry room, and the apartment (w/ kitchen) was absolutely perfect for one of the families with 2 littles. We had plenty of space to spread out! The beds/bedding were comfortable, the bathrooms were well appointed with plenty of linens, body wash, & shampoo/conditioner, and we also appreciated having TVs in all rooms. The outdoors of this property is what got us to book, & it did not disappoint. We made use of all the things!! The kids loved the playground, we played multiple rounds of putt putt & shuffleboard, we had a P-I-G tournament on the basketball court nostalgic of when my (now adult kids) were children, & spent hours in the hot tub, pool & by the firepit. The weather was perfect for all 7 days that we were there, so we were outside as much as we could be! We appreciated the elbow room from either neighbor, & the beautiful views of the golf course behind the property as well. On Thanksgiving Day, I sent my husband to the grocery store to grab a couple of things I was missing, and he ran into Charles Barkley! Communication was A. I would not hesitate to book with these guys again.

Stayed May 23, 2025We stayed at the property with a group of 9 people and absolutely loved it. It was better than we expected (and we had high expectations). The amenities were as described. Everything you need to enjoy all the entertainment options are provided. The property manager checked in by phone 4 days before our check in and the morning of our check out with helpful information both times. The house was spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked. We cooked all but one of our meals at the property and always found what we needed. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back in the future.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025Excellent property for our complete family including four grandchildren aged 3-7. The pool and amenities were the centre piece incl the slide. As advertised, the pool was 85 degrees- perfect for young children. The home was very well laid out, kitchen very large with double dishwashers, double fridge, double oven ranges. Multiple eating areas both inside and out. Extremely clean and well stocked with all our needs.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024We stayed at this property during Thanksgiving week. The property has everything that you would want. We had children ages 1 through 16 and there was plenty for them to do. Property was clean and the property manager gave us a tour. Everything was smooth the entire time. It was a great property for a large family.

Dawn was exceptional and answered all our questions. She even helped us with some last minute shuttle services to and from the airport for our guests. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024We stayed here to celebrate the 50th birthdays of our group of friends. The house was everything that we saw in the photos and lived up to our high expectations. We had an amazing time and the communication with the property manager was excellent. We didn’t want to leave! I would definitely come back here with other couples or family.
