The fan circulates air to protect the vines, and while it can be heard from the property, it usually runs only briefly and is part of the rhythm of life in wine country.brbrThe Place is set in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by nature, which means you may encounter insects from time to time — especially near the water and during warmer months. We have professional pest control service to help manage activity, but being in the country, the occasional bug indoors or outside is part of the environment. To help keep things comfortable, we recommend keeping doors closed and turning off outdoor lights when not in use.brbrOur pool and hot tub are cleaned and attended to daily. Nature happens and due to our lush and natural environment, leaves and debris can accumulate throughout the day.brbrDuring certain seasons, you may see us and other service providers tending to the grounds and managing general maintenance tasks.brbrPage Springs Road provides access to many popular wineries, restaurants, and recreation sites. This can lead to some road noise during the day, but the house is situated well off the road and traffic diminishes considerably in the evening.brbrGUEST LEFT BEHIND ITEMSbrbrA $50 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind. The last bedroom is a loft with more of a skyline and overwatch view of our horse barn, pastures, and arena. The loft and other bedroom share access to the second centrally-located bathroom. Cal-King Tuft & Needle mattresses are in each bedroom. Pillows and linens are provided. There are also bed-side plugs and USB-ports for nightly recharge of your devices. Every guest bedroom contains wash, hand, and body towels. Basic CO Bigelow toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion) are provided. Enjoy the beautiful night sky by the firepit, or outdoor dining to be out in nature. There are blackout shades and curtains if you need to sleep during the day or like to sleep in. Feel like a fancy coffee take a stroll down to the Brewha restaurant, they are amazing.
