The open, fully stocked kitchen with counter bar provides excellent proximity to the upstairs living room and is a great place to enjoy company after a day on the lake. The new stationary dock, with mooring whips, large sundeck, and easy-access stairs into the water is great for swimming, fishing, boating or just relaxing. The house is close to the water with very few steps to the dock. There are times, especially in the off season, when the silence is almost deafening. It is convenient to both metro Birmingham and Atlanta.brThe secluded cove provides quiet privacy and protection from many of the waves on the main channel, allowing for a swimming or floating spot. It also provides quick and easy access to both marinas for all your boating needs. Several Wedowee dining spots, grocery/drug stores as well as the hospital are just a few minutes away. There are also two boat ramps nearby, one adjacent to the property. Bedrooms provide space for up to 17. The spacious master has views of the lake, a walkout deck, a walk-in closet and a master bath complete with dual vanity sink, shower and a deep soaker tub. Upstairs includes two more bedrooms. One has a queen bed and a twin bed. The other has 4 twin beds. We fell in love with this lot because it has year-round deep water, but it's at the end of a cove where you can swim all day and not worry about boats going by. We designed the house around the dream of a great family and friends getaway. brThere are 5 bedrooms that have king-sized beds, 4 of which have private bathrooms. There are 2 bunk rooms, one with 8 twin beds and one with 2 queens and 2 twins. There is one more bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. 6 of the bedrooms have amazing views of the lake. brThe large kitchen should easily meet your needs with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a double oven, and a microwave. There are two living spaces with fireplaces and another space for ping pong with bar seating and a wet bar. There is also a theater room. brThere is a screened-in porch off the main floor, a private deck off the master, and a large patio with additional decking off the ground floor. The deck off the kitchen has a gas grill.brThe two-story dock has a jumping platform, pergola, swim deck, and hammock over the water.brbr

A few steps above you will find a nice spacious covered deck with a ceiling fan and outdoor dining set that overlooks the pool and lake, it is wonderful for enjoying the scenery while eating, drinking or simply relaxing.brbr From the deck you enter your private retreat of over 1750 sq. ft. our spacious and beautiful home on the lower level which is the closest to the pool, lake and an outdoor kitchen with bar with a gas grill, electric smoker, and refrigerator. brThe home has a large open split floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living room that overlooks the pool and lake. Lower level has a second living room, ping pong table, TV, full size refrigerator, and walk out to the fire pit. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, T/T bunk bed and full bath. The upstairs loft has queen bed, full bath, and a sleeping cot. Two docks provide for max fun in the summertime! Room to dock your boat. Bring your well-behaved pet!brLake water level is lowered each winter and makes our dock above the water line in the winter, the dock is only accessible for boats in the summer (late April - October).
