We are just walking distance from the new CoastAL restaurant and outdoor bar! brThis 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit offers a great space for families to enjoy the beach and each other's company. As you walk in, the first bedroom you reach has a queen size, select comfort bed with a tv set up with roku to stream your favorite shows. The 2nd bathroom is right down the hall and features a stand up shower. As you walk through the kitchen into the living room you will be greeted with cathedral ceilings, balcony access and a great view of the white sand beach of Orange Beach. Off of the living room is the master suite. This master suite has a king size bed, balcony access as well as the same cathedral ceilings in the living room. Attached is the master en suite with a tub/shower combination. brBack in the living/kitchen area is a wonderful spiral staircase that leads to the upstairs loft. This loft features 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a tv with streaming services. This is an excellent space for the kids to play, hangout, and sleep. This unit will easily sleep 8 people. brThe views from this unit are incredible. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms.
