Welcome to our home!! Located a few steps from the sugar white sand and the beautiful waters of Orange Beach. Unit 110 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with all the amenities of home. Fully furnished kitchen and an in room washer/dryer. Enjoy the free Wifi!! We are a smoke free, family oriented complex with covered parking. Unit is conveniently located next to the elevator and the stairs for easy access to the beach. Guests can enjoy access to a fenced in outdoor heated/saltwater poolyear-round with restrooms conveniently located by the pool area, an outdoor shower and a sundeck with sunshades. You can also take advantage of a grilling/picnic area for the guests of Romar Beach. Chair and umbrella rental is available on the beach.

1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING is allowed anywhere on Romar Beach Property.
2. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS by guest or renters. Only unit owners are allowed to have pets on premises.
3. ALL GARBAGE MUST be placed in plastic bags and placed in the dumpster by the road. NOT in the cans by the picnic area.
4. Nothing shall be thrown, hung, shaken or swept from balcony railings, doors, and or windows.
5. No bicycles, scooters, skateboards or roller blades may be used on walkways, in elevator or in the parking lot.
6. No loud music or disturbing noises between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am.
7. ALL VEHICLES MUST HAVE AN OWNER'S PASS OR TEMPORARY PARKING PASS FILLED OUT COMPLETELY. No commercial vehicles. You will be provided with (1) ONE PARKING PASS that will be include with your reservation. One additional parking pass will be available FOR PURCHASE ($30) IF NEEDED. Parking passes are limited to (2)two per unit and are obtained from your rental owner or TLC Management. Vehicles parked in violation of these rules will be towed at owners sole risk and expense by King Towing 251-269-3096.
8. NO FIREWORKS. No grills or fryers of any type may be used on balconies or walkways. Designated grills are available by the covered patio on the east side of pool area.
9. Please read and follow pool rules located near pool area. Pool hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Pool and patio furniture should NOT be removed from pool area.
10. Any problems with TV or internet please contact: Secure Vision Helpline at (251) 967-4455.
11. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR DISRUPTIVE EVENTS. IF FOUND IN VIOLATION.....YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

    The location was amazing, the condo was very clean. However the toilet in the main bedroom was awkward and was not attached to the floor well. The main bed was a bit uncomfortable and so was the couch. The back door that slid open was a bit tricky on the lock and was hard to lock and unlock at times. It was a good size for what we needed!

    Our stay at your condo was great! The pool was nice and had good shade from the building which was nice at times!! The pool has clean bathrooms which was a huge plus for having kiddos! The boardwalk was nice and super close to the beach! The condo was beach side and it was perfect! Only thing needing an upgrade was the sofa/sofa pullout and primary bedroom mattress. Both very springy mattresses. Pull out wouldn’t lay flat with someone laying on it; it would tilt downward into the sofa. It had the be elevated at the head of bed to work properly. Overall, wonderful stay! We would definitely come back to this condo!

    We stayed here while at a local music festival. This building is older but the unit was clean and cared for. We loved the beach access, but would’ve loved to have beach chairs available for use in the condo. The pool was clean and heated. We mostly used the condo for showers and sleep only, and it fit our needs and budget perfectly.

    This was our 4th time staying at the Romar building and the 4th different condo. This location is absolutely awesome for a quality visit to Orange Beach. The condo was adequate if nothing else. It had what a beach condo should have. Everything worked as it should. Check in/Check out was a breeze. Good communication from the owner.

    My friend and I were looking for an affordable getaway that was beachfront. We thought it wasn't possible but then we found THIS. Beachfront, free parking and a great condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect inside and out.
