Grand Caribbean 417 - Gulf and Bayou Views with white sandy beaches

The beach was stunning and the water was perfect.

It wasnt completely spotless. But stuff is always missed at any condo we have stayed at. A couple small things werent cleaned well. The thermostat was almost impossible to find, but the manager amswered quickly to help us find it. Have stayed at the grand carribean before. Was really roomy for the 8 we had in our party. Just really needed a place to eat dinner and crash after leaving another place. Quick booking! Just be aware, parking passes arent included.

The place was very clean, good location with a nice pool area. Walking distance to many bars and restaraunts and a Publix. Would stay here again. Glad we could stay here.

The condo provided all requirements that we wanted. As stated in other reviews, the washer/dryer, carpet, kitchen and master bathroom definitely needs repairs. But, the condo was clean and served its purpose. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!

Great location, needed lots of updating in condo. Did not have dish liquid to wash dishes. No extras of toilet paper or soap. Would have made the stay a little bit easier knowing all of this was missing. Grounds were great.

Was perfect for our group

Everything functioned correctly and the location was decent. The condo was clean, but in serious need of updating; worn out carpets, some rusting appliances (washer, dryer and top of fridge), discolored bed spreads and shams, discolored/mismatched grout on floors, water damaged moldings. Living room and main bedroom fans were tied together, if you wanted the light on in one room, it was on in both. Super limited hangers so drying towels and bathing suits was not easy. Pool was simple and clean, but subject to road noise being directly on Perido Beach Blvd. Parking was convenient and well lit. We never waited long for an elevator. Owner was responsive when we had questions. We drove to the beach across the street because of the busy road between the condo and beach. We did cook at the condo for most of our meals. We found most of what we needed easily. Dining seating is only for two at the table and comfortable three at the counter, however there are more stools around for counter eating. Charcoal grilling area was very nice. Two bathrooms were plenty for our group of 4. The views from the balcony are okay; side view of the bay to the left, beach to the right facing sunrise. We didn’t have neighbors most of our stay. Once we did have neighbors, the walls were thin. Don’t expect to listen to the ocean over the sound of the traffic. This place served our purpose for our first trip to Orange Beach. However, we will find another location for our second visit.

Really enjoy our time there. Great option for a family.

Good until last day when cleaning people showed up early and came in unannounced, walking into a bed room where people were getting dressed

As soon as we walked in noticed all the stains on the living room carpet and master bedroom The dryer had rust on top and when we used it it left so much lint all over our clothes due to the lent dryer not having a screen door When I used the dishwasher the water came up from sink and would not go down not even the garbage disposal was working to get the water to go down so we couldn’t use the sink or dishwasher The unit needs updating I was very disappointed with the dirty carpet because I didn’t see the stains when I booked online so just made the place feel very dirty and not taken care off Really wasted my money on this unit I took pictures as well

It was a very nice place to stay … busy street in front but not a problem just drive across the road and park … nice beach area…big enough for the family… ♥️

We enjoyed our time at this unit! It’s right across the street from the beach making it easy to get there. We chose to drive to the beach and it was $10 a day to park. Get there early on the weekends because the lot fills up quickly! The unit has nice amenities that made the stay comfortable and felt more like home. I’d definitely stay here again.

Check-in was a breeze, condo was as described, and our overall stay was good. One of the bathtubs did have mold in it but we travel with our own cleaning supplies so we cleaned it up and moved forward. No other issues. Host was very responsive to my questions regarding a 3rd parking pass.

It was very nice and clean , it was in a great location for going out with the kids , over looking the beach and a night out on the town . I would recommend this place again . Condo was furnished with everything u need . Only thing I seen it needed is more kitchen hand towels and more toilet paper, for larger family’s . But really enjoyed my stay .
