The counter-tops are a beautiful Beachy white granite. The breakfast counter has three stools. In the dining area is a round, glass-topped dining table that has six matching chairs. The living room features a large queen sleeper sectional sofa. A large flat screen television is located on top of a distressed painted wood storage cabinet. brbrThe master bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat screen television mounted on the wall. This room has beautiful beach views. The private master bathroom has a granite counter top and large easy in/out shower. Bedroom two has a pair of full-size beds appointed with coastal bedding. There is also a flat screen television.brbrPhoenix X is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to the Flora-Bama, fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State Park which now features several fun activities for the whole group from fun and high zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State Park Pier! There are plenty of water-sports to enjoy close-by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few. brbrPhoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to: large gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!brbrDirectly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina.
