Phoenix X Unit 816. This professionally decorated two bedroom and two bathroom condo has great sweeping views of the beach and the Gulf and has decorator furnishings and art work. From this condo you can enjoy gorgeous views of the beach and sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico.

The large kitchen boast of all the major appliances. The counter-tops are a beautiful Beachy white granite. The breakfast counter has three stools. In the dining area is a round, glass-topped dining table that has six matching chairs. The living room features a large queen sleeper sectional sofa. A large flat screen television is located on top of a distressed painted wood storage cabinet.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat screen television mounted on the wall. This room has beautiful beach views. The private master bathroom has a granite counter top and large easy in/out shower. Bedroom two has a pair of full-size beds appointed with coastal bedding. There is also a flat screen television.

Phoenix X is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to the Flora-Bama, fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State Park which now features several fun activities for the whole group from fun and high zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State Park Pier! There are plenty of water-sports to enjoy close-by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few.

Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to: large gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!

Directly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina. From the Flora-Bama marina you can take a dolphin cruise, rent a boat, rent a Jet Ski, rent paddle boards, and rent kayaks.

*Important Parking Information: Please note that parking is not included with this rental. Parking is controlled by the condominium’s HOA and is subject to a separate fee, payable directly to them. These parking fees are not part of the rental cost.*

Parking is paid separately to the Building's HOA through a VRPS web-link that will be emailed to you at least 24-48 hours before your arrival date. Beginning March 1, 2026, a pricing differential will be put in place for guests who do not pay for their parking passes in advance of their arrival. Guests who pay prior to the day of their arrival will continue to pay $60 per pass while guests who wait until the day of their arrival will pay $70. There is a 2 vehicle maximum for 2-3 bedroom units. One bedroom units have a 1 vehicle maximum. Ike’s Beach Service is in charge of the tent space on the beach and guest can call them for a spot at


* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.

    I have rented Phoenix properties in the past, when this property came up I was excited as I had always wanted to stay at Phoenix X. Great location, perfect beach, walkability to restaurants was all great. This condo was described as “newly remodeled” The remodel was in 2012, (from their guestbook). Cleanliness is an issue. Linens were clean, but overall cleanliness was lacking. The dishwasher did not work, called property manager and was told they were waiting on owner to give permission to replace. Never heard another word, nor did anyone fix the dishwasher. Ice maker in fridge was also not working. Workman came twice, did not fix it, and then never heard anything from the property manager after that. I rented for a month. I’ll go back to Phoenix X, but not this property.

    Perfect location for New Year’s Eve to watch Flora Bama fireworks show but far enough away not to be kept awake by the music..

    Very pleasant stay, the patio view is fantastic. We liked sitting out at night and hearing music from the Flora-Bama. AC did a good job cooling. Would stay here again.

    It is a Phoenix, so it has all the amenities. However the ice maker did not work in this unit. The master shower is very small. The mattress was extra firm. Phoenix X has all the amenities.

    This was a very nice condo. We enjoyed our stay and had minimal issues. There were only two issues that we had but never complained because it didn’t effect our stay. The shower pressure in the main bathroom wasn’t very good and the light in the main closet wouldn’t come on. Everything else was perfect.

    My wife and I have stayed @ Pheonix X since it was built. Always loved our stay until now. The mattresses were completely worn-out & heavy soild from urine. The frigerator freezer door could not open because the wall was in the way. The doors going into the bedroom and bathroom hit & rubbed making it hard to get in or out. Master bedroom bath was too small to fit comfortably. Living room sofa worn & broken. We spent plenty of $ only to be totally embarrassed on our first trip with our new friends with the accommodations. This is our first and last Vrbo transaction.

    We have stayed in this unit before. We always have to move the microwave on the counter to make more counter space. Apparently the over-the-stove microwave has been broken for 2 years. Please replace it so the counter space is usable! We will stay again but we would really like to not have to move things around.
