Reviewer Comments: We’ve always had great experiences staying at Phoenix properties in the past, but unfortunately this location was a big disappointment. The property is noticeably old and outdated, and the amenities did not live up to expectations—especially for the price we paid. The pool was dirty and closed for most of the week due to thunderstorms, yet every other beachfront property had their pools open during the same weather.The lawn chairs were filthy and worn down, and the parking situation was frustrating—workers were parked on the bottom level of the garage, making it extremely tight for larger vehicles. When we mentioned it aloud while getting out of our car, one of the staff members nearby made an inappropriate comment about how long she had been working, which felt unprofessional and out of place.The condo itself was decent but looked much better in photos. The TVs barely worked and required constant resetting, which was frustrating to deal with. While the beach service staff was friendly, we were disappointed that guests paying $50 a day for chair and umbrella rentals weren’t given priority. Other people were allowed to set up in front of us, which defeated the purpose of paying for a reserved setup.Overall, this property felt neglected and was not worth the high cost. We expect more from Phoenix and will not be rebooking here.

So clean and everything exactly like it was listed. Amazing views. Right on the beach. Felt like we were staying at home! The only complaint is the TV system is a little outdated.

Beautiful condo! Enjoyed our stay.

The property has nice appliances and a big laundry room so we could keep our wet clothes dry and out of the way. We also had enough paper towels and toilet paper so we didn’t have to buy extra. The kitchen was much more equipped than other places. It was very nice for us. We’re elderly and I use a walker and we brought our grandson.

A stunning, comfortable condo on a beautiful beach. Our only complaint (and this is very minor) is that the kitchen was a little too bare…no foil, no small baking sheet (there was a huge pizza pan), no salt, pepper or sugar. There was also no dishwashing liquid or a sponge to wash things we did use that could not go into the dishwasher. We had to make a couple of Walmart runs to get items we were not expecting to have to provide. That said, we had a wonderful stay and would come back to this same unit if available.

We had the most wonderful stay at this condo, It was so clean and the view to the gut was so beautiful. Can’t wait to come back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit! We loved the view. Walked to Flor bama and hung out ate and played bingo they have from 1-4pm everyday! Beautiful weather little chilly towards end of trip. We did have issues with the trying to purchase beach chairs with rental guy he was rude and said he couldn’t help us at that time and he was only helping the owners. If this is going to be an issue for people coming to rent your unit. Maybe have a couple chairs for beach for your renters. We did go purchase some since the guy wouldn’t help us. We have been coming down for years and using phoenix condos for a while and never had any issues. Probably won’t stay at this hotel again.
