Guests can enjoy access to a fenced in outdoor heated/saltwater pool year-round with restrooms conveniently located by the pool area, an outdoor shower and a sundeck with sunshades. You can also take advantage of a grilling/picnic area for the guests of Romar Beach. Chair and umbrella rental is available on the beach.brbr1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING is allowed anywhere on Romar Beach Property. br2. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS by guest or renters. Only unit owners are allowed to have pets on premises.br3. ALL GARBAGE MUST be placed in plastic bags and placed in the dumpster by the road. NOT in the cans by the picnic area.br4. Nothing shall be thrown, hung, shaken or swept from balcony railings, doors, and or windows.br5. No bicycles, scooters, skateboards or roller blades may be used on walkways, in elevator or in the parking lot.br6. No loud music or disturbing noises between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am.br7.
