Caribe C 915-Fully Updated-Beach Side Views-Orange Beach-Signature Properties

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful property. Great location, ocean view, beautiful decoration, practical floorplan, etc. We appreciate the welcome bucket, the beach stuffs for the kids, etc. I would have given five stars, only a few little things and can be fixed very easily 1) the bed frame in the third bed room was making squeaky noise. 2) missing oven mitts, wrap for leftover food, etc. Overall, I would greatly recommend this property, and will plan to stay again.

Check-in - slow to get through the gateProperty allowed guests to block parking spaces to check in. Hard time getting my car out. When I checked out at 5:30 in the morning, no carts were available. Apparently were in guest rooms. Also, I elevator to the pools was down the whole week. Room was great as well as pools, cabana, service from bar.

Great location, wonderful amenities! Clean property! Easy check in/out! We would rent this property again!

The condo is very roomy with a great balcony! The kids room with bunk beds is perfect!! Pools and lazy river so fun!

Julie was very accommodating, answered questions promptly, allowed our early check-in and late check-out. Condo amenities were great. Only concern was the sliding door to balcony was very hard to open-even for adults. Beautiful pools, not very crowded at this time. I do agree with others that supervision is needed by slides and lazy river. Older kids hanging from beams at lazy rivers and kids going down slides 4-5 at a time/standing on slides. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was perfect. Loved sitting on balcony playing LCR at night and looking at the ocean. The resort amenities kept everyone busy.. The beds all super comfortable. We had 6 adults and 3 grandkids.. more than enough room for everyone. Corner condo with elevator right there. Would definitely recommend this condo and Caribe Resort....Thanks for the memories!

Great stay, unit was well stocked and located conveniently to many activities and also had many on site as well. Basketballs, pickleball, exercise and fitness center, pools, hot tubs, and beach access to name a few.

Property was perfect. This unit is beautiful and so very spacious. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for this group!! 4 adults and 7 18 year olds. Never heard any of them complain for use of space. The views from this unit are perfect. The ice maker was top notch for this stay. We wished all condo’s and lake homes would have this ice maker available!! We will definitely stay at the unit again, but for longer next time!!

We had the best little staycation at this condo. It was perfectly set up for our family and the kids loved the layout of the bunkbeds! The property manager had wonderful communication with us before, during and after our stay. All the beds were comfy, everything was easy to find and you we had a great view of everything close by. We are looking forward to booking future stays at this location!
