The beach in front of the house is a private beach, available only to our guests. There is no public access for miles in either direction, making it quiet and peaceful. No fighting for a spot to sit or the need to deal with overcrowding. brbrOur homes sits directly on the sand, only steps to the pristine waters of the gulf of Mexico. Its South facing orientation gives you unobstructed, gorgeous views of both the morning sunrise and evening sunset from the main deck. br2 of the master suites walk out directly onto the main deck with those same amazing views. In total there are 3 master suites, all with King beds and en-suite bathrooms. The fourth room features two queen over queen bunks, perfect for sleeping 8 kiddos. The Bunk room also has its own en-suite bathroom. brThe large living/dining area has ample seating for 14 guests. The Kitchen is fully stocked to easily accommodate meal prep for the whole group! (Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots pans, serving dishes, glassware, utensils etc, all available). brWe also provide beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards etc for your use. brLinens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter amenity kit to get you going. The living area leads to a balcony to sit and relax. But, close enough toLook for the dolphins! This level also includes a dining room and large kitchen fully equipped, makes it easy to cook for the whole gang. Lastly, this level has bedroom #1 that is spacious with a king bed and a full bathroom.
