Our unit is on the end of a small town house complex. We have great views of the beach and ocean without the crowds of a high rise. The city of Gulf Shores recently completed a $17 Million dollar beach revitalization project across the street from us. Just a few steps away, the newly renovated beachfront in Gulf Shores includes a bathhouse, gorgeous palm trees, spacious lawns, new benches, shaded seating, a playground and a new cement boardwalk. You can easily walk to several restaurants or shopping, then sit on either of the two porches and enjoy your location! You feel like you are in your own home and nothing like a hotel. The bedrooms are extremely well kept and big. We are excited to add our personal touches with new bedding, paint and some furniture updates. . Each bedroom will have its own vanity and mirror. The rooms include a King bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom. The King bed has a firm mattress for those that prefer this type of mattress, and the queen has a softer mattress for those who prefer that. Both bedrooms have mounted flat screen tvs and huge closets. The bedrooms and one bath are upstairs. The main level has the living room, kitchen and laundry. There is a fireplace in the living room to enjoy in the cooler months of the year. There is a large flat screen tv in the living room that does not obstruct any of your great views. The kitchen is finished with granite and stainless steel, fully stocked with anything you could need. There is a full washer and dryer in the condo in a large room to make laundry easy. We have beach chairs, beach towels, a cart to take to the beach, coolers and more. Our complex has an outdoor pool and internet access. We have books, DVDs, playing cards and board games.
