This condo does require stairs: one flight to reach the entrance, plus one flight inside to reach both bedrooms and the full bathroom.

Primary guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay.

Photo ID and signed rental agreement required to secure your booking.

No in-unit laundry, but a coin-operated facility is conveniently located on the property.
