Beachfront - The Beach Club- Gorgeous Gulf Front Views, Luxury Complex- sleeps 6

Relax and enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the crystal clear swimming pool from your private beachfront balcony. The new owners have refreshed this beachy condo, offering a primary suite, darling built-in bunk beds and a sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep all. Fresh paint and new furnishings keep this space light and airy for a welcome space to come home to after a day of fun and sun. The open concept kitchen is well equipped for the chef in your crew and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. As a nice surprise, a closet full of beach chairs and toys are provided. The Beach Club complex is an 86 acre gated community with access to lots of exciting amenities. Because the owners of this condo have joined the Private Club at The Beach Club, you can purchase wristbands for a small fee which will provide you with access to the Club's private outdoor pool, private indoor pool, fitness center and arcade. You will have everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation without ever having to leave the complex. For the more adventurous spirit, a short drive will take you to everything Gulf Shores has to offer including deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, luxury golf courses, The Hangout, parasailing, surfing, the zoo, restaurants, bars, and so much more. Don't forget to visit the well-preserved Fort at Fort Morgan and hop on the ferry to Dauphin Island for a day of adventure as both are located very close by. To take advantage of the vast and well-preserved wildlife areas, visit Bon Secour Wildlife refuge or The State Park. Families have been coming to this area for decades making memories that last a lifetime. It's your turn!

The owner is a member of the clubhouse, so with a daily fee, you and your entire party may enjoy the private amenities, which includes a fitness center & indoor pool with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill, children's activities and access to the tennis courts!
The fee is approximately $45 per day which covers everyone in your party, but is based on the number of days used. This fee is paid in person at the club desk.
Without this fee, YOU STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE FOUR POOLS WITH HOT TUBS at no additional costs.
Two loungers with an umbrella rental is available for approximately $60.00 per day, at this time, but the clubhouse sets the rates and are seasonal. You may bring your own beach chairs and canopies, but there are designated areas for placement and must be removed each night. Para-sailing and other beach activities are available through the clubhouse and are offered seasonally when weather permits.

SMOKE FREE: Doral Tower Owners declared the tower to be SMOKE FREE. No smoking on balconies, no smoking inside condo, no smoking in the Doral Common areas.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
No Pets are allowed at this rental

* CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM.
Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
* MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS:
Available from November through February.

* Parking notes: When you arrive at the Beach Club gate house please be prepared to provide security with your reservation confirmation or unit number.
They will then provide you with parking passes (2 maximum) and will advise you on parking instructions. You may park as close to your building (A, B, C, or D) as you like as long as you are not parking in a restricted area or an owner's space.


VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEE - Flat Rate $40 per vehicle per stay - Extended Stay $40 per vehicle per 28- night stay- Visitor Fee (day fee) $7 per vehicle per day.

Effective June 1, 2023, a new registration policy at The Beach Club goes into effect. All guest reservations arriving June 1st or later are subject to a Registration Fee of $40.00 per vehicle per stay.

The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking at The Beach Club:

RVs and campers (including Sprinter vans with hook ups)

Trailers Buses Boats and jet skis Off road vehicles

*Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate.
