Crystal Tower 1603 (CT 1603) is a family friendly condo located in a high rise condominium complex on the West Beach. It is a unique property in that it offers unparalleled beach access via a climate controlled pedestrian skybridge. It features 3 pools including one of the largest outdoor pools in the area. Best of all, your family will be centrally located as it is a quick drive to many of the local restaurants, groceries and attractions. brbrOur condo unit is on the 16th floor. It is professionally decorated, family friendly with 2beds, 2 baths and a pull-out sofa bed brbrBefore you enter the condo, you will be greeted with great views of the Little Lagoon. Once inside, you will see an open layout that is comprised of the kitchen and living area and the two bedrooms on the left. The first bedroom has a queen bed with cable TV. The second bedroom is the master’s bedroom with a king bed, smart TV with cable and a private bathroom. The master's bedroom opens onto the balcony where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. brbrWe have 2 bathrooms. Our master's bathroom has a walk in shower with a shower floor made of river pebbles. This offers an invigorating experience by providing a natural massaging effect for your feet that enhances your shower routine. Our 2nd bathroom has a combination shower and bathtub ensuring versatility and convenience.brbrIn our living room, we have a pull out sofa bed good for 2 more guests. We also have a smart TV installed with various streaming apps. Free wifi is available. Board games and card games are also available for your use. If you simply need to relax, consider going for a sip of coffee on the balcony while taking in the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico. Our kitchen is fully stocked so you can fix whatever you like rather than going to a restaurant. We also have a Keurig and drip coffee maker with starter coffee supplies for your use. brbrWe provide the following amenities: br 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroombr 1 roll of paper towelbr Dish soapbr 2-3 Dishwasher pods/soapbr 3 Trash bagsbr 2 Sets of Travel Sized Shampoo/conditioner and body soapbr 2-3 pieces of Laundry soap/laundry podsbr 4-6 Beach Towelsbr brYou will have to bring more depending on the duration of your trip. brbrWe have a full sized washer and dryer in the condo for your use. Two beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys for the little ones are provided. We only ask that you rinse them out as much as possible before entering the condo. During the season, rental chairs and umbrellas are also available on a first come, first serve basis, They usually can be seen setting up in front of the complex, first thing in the morning. brbrGuests have access to the different amenities of Crystal Tower including the heated indoor pool, sauna and exercise gym. Our two outdoor pools have shared hot tubs for you to enjoy. On the 2nd floor, you will have access to the skybridge which will bring you to the South pool, lazy river and the beach access without having to cross the busy street. Charcoal grills (bring your own charcoal) are available outside the building.brbrWe also require a rental agreement to be signed upon booking. A security deposit HOLD of $300 is also required.brbrBeginning April 1, 2025, paid parking will be collected directly by the condominium association upon your arrival at the complex. Acceptable forms of payment will be by card only. Cash payments will not be accepted. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles. Policy is strictly enforced.
