***PLEASE NOTICE- Beginning October 12, 2026 Crystal Shores West will be starting their Breezeway deck restoration project. This project is estimated to last until the end of November 2026. During this time, there will be LOUD grinding and dusty conditions as they prep for the main work. This WILL cause disruption to guests staying at the property. Crystal Shores West building will be closed from November 9, 2026 through November 22, 2026 for the completion of the project.***

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    The condo was fantastic! It was equipped with everything we needed, except a couple of additional blankets for the living room, and the beds were super comfortable. The views were fabulous, location to 59 and Orange Beach were great, and just steps from the beach. The security was top notch as compared to other condos we've used in the past, which was very comforting.

    We enjoyed our stay and the condo was as described, but being someone who has stayed in many rentals like this before, this was the first time we'd ever experienced having such limited basic supplies that a vacationer really shouldn't be required to buy (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, salt & pepper). Little niceties like that really add up to alot for families.

    This condo was absolutely gorgeous!From the view of the Gulf the moment you walked through the door. It had all the comfortsof home. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of storage. And you melt into the living room furniture after a day of play. The property is very well maintained and anytime we had interactions with staff, they were very friendly. I will recommend to my friends who are looking for a place to stay in Gulf Shores. The pool being located on the side of the building allows for the best, uninterrupted view of sand, sea and the surf. Sunsets are amazing.

    This condo was perfect for what we needed. My husband and I came with my parents so it was nice that we each had our own room and bathroom. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and the furniture was very comfortable. We really took advantage of the balcony as well. I was pleasantly surprised that when we walked in it was just as nice as the pictures showed, which is not always the case. I would definately recommend!

    The property is nice and the view from our room of the beach was amazing. I am not one that gets to go on vacation often and this I saved for months to be able to afford. The only thing I knew nothing about was parking. I guess this was because I have never stayed at a place like this. Our room number was not on any of the parking spots, but we had a tag to hang from the rear view mirror, so we picked a spot with no number and hung our tag. I don't want to sound like I am knocking anyone, however I have been in the cleaning business, for hotels and private homes. Your property can only be a clean as the people who are doing the cleaning. I really had a good time but I was not happy when at 8:00 am someone knocked on my door like.....I don't even know. It scared me at first. He said he was with Beachball Properties so I opened the door with the chain on. He said he had a work order to change the filter in the a/c and check the sliding glass door. Against my better judgement I let him in. He did not change the filter by the way but it is in the closet where the a/c unit is. He checked the back door and said he would have to come back because he did not have the tools to fix it. He then told me he would come back after we left as he could tell I was uncomfortable with him being there. Back to the cleaning crew. While we sitting at the dinning table playing cards one of the chairs just collapsed. It would have broken if someone had cleaned under there. I still had a good time.

    Lovely property right on the ocean! It was great having an indoor outdoor pool option available for the kids on days. It was a little chilly. The property was quiet at night and we were able to easily Navigate the property in the areas around. Will book at Beachball again the next time we head down to Gulf Shores.
