The sofa sleeper opens to a queen size bed.brbrThis unit is located in the heart of Gulf Shores at 913 West Beach Blvd. Only 9/10’s of a mile from the intersection of Highway 59 and Highway 182. We are in a small complex that consists of only 36 units, all units are accessed by stairs, no elevator on premises. This unit is on the second floor. The complex is very family oriented. We have two grills on the property for our guests. Under the unit is covered parking for two vehicles. A small convenience store is located directly across the street. This is a no smoking and no pets allowed condo. brAll of the fun things to do are within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Some guest just put their beach chairs in their car at the end of the day at the beach rather than bringing them up to the condo each day. This helps with less sand in the condo too! The unit and building are GREAT for families with children however our HAO does not allow pets in or on the property. brWe are constantly trying to make updates to the unit so when you arrive it may not look like the pictures posted, someday it will be exactly the way we want, in the mean time it is a perfect place to stay at the beach.brIt offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeper sofa in the living room, washer/dryer in unit with wireless internet, there is a large Smart T.V. in the living room but don't forget to sign out of your apps before you leave.
