Added a propane gas pool heater, so YES the pool is heatable to a maximum of 82' (the high side of recommended rec pool temps) to take the chill off! This service is by request in advance with a nightly surcharge (varies by season and with gas market price, has been $60-85 per night, just inquire, and must be for length of stay (this is based on market pricing for propane gas, and can change at any time, both up and down, until added to a reservation). Fee subject to change due to incredibly high gas rates right now. Simply request the pool be heated any time after making the reservation and at least a week before check in so we can get it on before you arrive.brbrPARKINGbrThere is available onsite parking for at least 8 cars. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a daybed and trundle. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is our bunk room. There is a twin over twin and a twin over full. We designate this as the kids room although kids of all ages will enjoy hanging out together here. All bedrooms are located upstairs. There is a pull out sofa bed downstairs. In addition to the two en-suite bathrooms. There is one additional full bath upstairs and one downstairs.brbrThere is a laundry room and a fully stocked kitchen. There are granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats up to 8 with four additional stools at the kitchen island and a table for 4 on the balcony. We have added two TV's, a 55 flat screen in the main living area and a TV in every bedroom to allow the adults and kids to have their own space. But, everyone can come together in the open living space downstairs with overflow space at the kitchen island as well as on the outside deck just off of the dining/living room. Our deck overlooks the pool. This pool is private to the 15 homes in the Cottages at Romeo Beach. The pool is not yours alone; however there are often times when you will be the only one using it. It is gated for safety. It is not heated. We have a wonderful set of swings below the deck. Both allow you to enjoy the refreshing Gulf breeze!brbrLocated in The Cottages of Romeo II in the heart of Gulf Shores. Walking distance to the Hangout and other venues as well as great restaurants, the zoo and the state park.
