Location! Walk to Restaurants and the Beach!

It was a great long weekend escape. Loved the roominess of the home. Only thing was would have been nice to have plastic dinner ware for the kids so no fears of breaking the dishes. But we made it work. Also I got up at night to go to kitchen and had a visitor on the floor that scared me. Believe it was a water bug which being we r close to the water I am thinking that can’t be controlled. It was just a bit creepy. Overall though it was wonderful and relaxing. Kids enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach wasn’t so bad. Ty for a wonderful weekend from home.

This is a beautiful home steps from the beach. The house is perfect for a family or a large groups. Really clean and nice morden decor!! Steal of a deal!

The unit is nice but has a lot of stairs. In addition, I don't think it would be enjoyable during a time of high occupancy. The balcony is very close to the other properties near it and almost feels like you have to speak to the neighbors not be impolite.

We were very pleased with our rental. It was so relaxing to spend each evening down in the swings on the patio area. We had plenty of room and everything was so nice. Our only negative would have been that some of the neighbors were not as respectful of families staying close by… some “partied” until 2 or 3 in the morning rather loudly and we had small children in our group who needed their sleep! This was NOT a reflection of the owner at all - we were super pleased with her and with her home! And the proximity to the beach and the pool was excellent! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Entire family of 10 all complimented the condo’s comforts of home and extras, like the 4 bathrooms and an outdoor shower to wash away sand, washer and dryer TV in all rooms with Dish Network and more. We enjoyed the view of the pool and easy beach access across the street with the many restaurants within walking distance. We made lots of great memories!

We decided to avoid the condo experience and rent a house in GS and this worked out really well. This is a newer house with plenty of space. Parking for two vehicles beneath the building was a life saver since there was a major hail storm while we were there. While we had to walk a couple of blocks to the beach, it was convenient and there’s a traffic signal/crosswalk and seemed safe even for my tween kids to do it alone. The beach is the star attraction and couldn’t be nice. I. This area you are very close to restaurants and souvenir shops but they might be too far to walk. My one caution is there’s plenty of stair climbing with this unit and if you have bad knees like me, it can be a little much vs a unit that’s all on one level. Overall we had a terrific experience.

Property was in excellent condition. Great location!

The house minus the torn down swing, the grills that were old and arranged in the middle of the parking area along with a varying types of cushion spread out on the ground when we arrived. The previous renters apparently didn't follow the no smoking policy. These issues continued through out our stay with no offer of any type of concessions from the owners other than send out someone to clean the carpet and furniture. This was a huge inconvenience because the carpet and furniture stayed wet for another day and a half. If we had not prepaid we would have left and looked for other accommodations. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

I stayed in Jetty Life in mid July 2021 with a group of girlfriends. It was perfect for our large group, especially having four bathrooms! It was clean, spacious, and up to date. Beds were comfortable and AC works great (able to control ourselves). Be warned that to reach the top floor where the bedrooms are you must take two flights of stairs. One from carport to house and another main floor to second floor. Not a problem for us but others may mind. My only complaint is that check in is listed as 3:00pm, but I was told 4:00pm the day before. The cleaning crew was finishing up at 3:45, however, so it wasn't a big deal. Short walk, about 5 minutes, to the beach across the street. No beach view from the balcony, but you can see the community pool. Quiet neighborhood and safe place. Would definitely recommend this place for a large group!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Jetty Life house!! Communication with owner was always easy and with a quick response. It was all we had hope it would be...clean, nice and modern furnishing, plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Location to beach was a short 5 minute walk and the pool was located right behind the house! Would highly recommend it for your next vacation!!
